Privacy Notice

1. What we collect

• Account information: your name and email address, and authentication data needed to sign you in.
• Billing information: subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.
• Prompts you create: the text of prompts you build with Quick Prompt and the Prompt Builder (see “Prompt logging” below).
• Technical data: standard server and security logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) used to operate and protect the service.

2. Prompt logging — how we use the prompts you create

To understand how people use Promptense.com and to guide future improvements, we may log the prompts you create in Quick Prompt and the Prompt Builder, together with which tool was used, your plan tier at the time, and the date. This logging applies to prompt creation across all tiers, including the free plan.

• We use this data to analyze usage patterns and improve features — not to sell it and not for advertising.
• Logged prompts are accessible only to authorized administrators for the purposes described here.
• Please do not enter sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial account numbers, government IDs, or health information) into prompt fields.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and secure the service, process subscriptions, communicate with you about your account and support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product (including the prompt analysis described above).

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help operate Promptense.com (such as our payment processor and hosting provider), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account and logged data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes described here, then delete or anonymize it during site maintenance processes to regain storage space, or within a reasonable period after an account is closed.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact support@promptense.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Promptense.com is not directed nor marketed to children under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
